Personnel registered with Maris Subsea Ltd can refer fellow contractors to take part in this scheme as long as they currently work in any of the following areas: Client Representatives, Subsea Engineers/Technical Representatives, Hydrographic Survey, ROV or 3.4u Inspection.
Qualifying Criteria Conditions:
1. The candidate who is referred must not already be registered with Maris (we will inform referrer straight away if they are already on our database).
2. The candidate who has been referred must work at least 45 days (can be over more that 1 trip) with Maris and receive positive feedback from our client.
3. If the candidate has already been referred by someone else, it is the person who gave the initial referral that will be eligible for the payment.
4. There is no limit on the number of people who can be referred.
After each successful referral:
1. For each successful referral that meets the qualifying criteria above, a £500 e-voucher of the referrer’s choice will be posted to their email address.
Maris will keep referrers updated on whether we choose to add the referred to the database, when they have been selected to go on a trip for one of our clients and also the feedback at the end of their trip.
