Competency Assurance Programme

Providing Competency Assurance of any workforce is a significant challenge and it is a challenge magnified when utilising 3rd Party personnel for an Agent/Personnel Supplier such as ourselves.

Maris has developed a Competence Assessment and Verification process aimed at addressing the concern of using 3rd Party Personnel by providing assessment criteria to all our key candidates, gathering evidence of competence and assessing and verifying it to the highest possible standard.

The performance and application of the system is overseen by our sister-company TCC who provide continual training to our staff and audit the system as an independent verifier. .
